S/he's using that tried-and-true, pecularly 'jewish' tactic of filibustering the opponent.
In oral communications, this is done to keep the truthmonger from getting a word in edgewise, so to speak, which effectively prevents the truth from being heard. In a written forum like this one, such a tactic assumes the attention span of the average reader (whom the 'jew' in this case assumes is goyim - i.e. a non-'jew' or "human cattle") is so deficient that he or she will give up and move on.
